The landlord may be counting the days to your supposed move in date based on the contract so it really doesn’t matter if there are just 2 days left to this month. I mean, if your movein date is supposed to be on March 3 then he can charge you rent from today to March 2. Before you signed the lease agreement, you could have asked your landlord to change your movein date.
