If not, then you probably don’t have anything to present in court. Normally, the deposit will be returned to you 30-45 days after you move out but that depends on the lease agreement. Now, I suggest you consult a lawyer on what you should do legally. On the other hand you can file a complaint with a mediation agency like the RPA to help you out.
