do you still have to pay your rent while your living in an infested apartment?

By Kim

hello i was wondering if we would still have to pay our rent while stil living in an infested apartemnt because we have already gone through this before we had the treatment our landlord paid it no problem and now these bugs are back and it seems to be just in our daughters room because she has all kinds of bites on her arms legs and back it just seems liked ever since the weather got cooler they came back out and my husband and i both believe that the people who did our apartment did a crappy job our landlord found them on angie’s list and now we went to our landlord and told him that we found them again and now he wants us to leave after the treatments are done at first he wanted us out before they were going to do any treatment and now he is trying to pinpoint this on us like it was our fault they are here what do you think we should do should we pay or should we not pay and save money to find ourselfs a new place while the treatments are being done?
