		<description><![CDATA[Yes it is legal to sue anyone over anything.  There is no law that prohibits anyone from suing.  So based on your question, absolutely yes.  If you want to sue someone, go for it.  However, unless you have a good case you could end up in a coutersuit.]]></description>

If you signed a lease for 6 months-- you are responsible for the contract... but if the landlord chose to end the contract early-- that&#039;s their deal!]]></description>
