		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m not sure that anyone can answer your question without looking at your lease agreement.  Most likely the landlord is dropping the fee because you are a long-term tenant, or simply forgot.  

Its not clear to me how you jumped to the conclusion that the landlord is double billing you??  Are you stating that the original agreement and rent already covered the washing machine charge?  I&#039;m guessing you got to that conclusion because the item is not separated in the new agreement.  

Did you rent go up or is it now $50 cheaper?  If the landlord is not charging now, I would say sign the agreement and be happy.  Most likely there is no way the landlord will refund you money for previous washer rental payments.
