I totally agree and do not want to file a law suit, however at the front desk they say there is no way to file a complaint and that I would have to speak with the manager who is still as of yesterday saying he is not sure what’s going on and that he has been on the property company about taking care of this issue but they are giving him the run around, so I was wondering if you may know where I go to file a complaint with maybe a housing commission or something similar, I’m in California!

I think that filing a law suit just for a Wi-Fi connection is definitely too extreme but integrity wise I think you should file a complaint instead. Their advertisement is definitely misleading attracting tenants to their so called free Wi-Fi service just to find out later on that there isn’t any that’s just wrong.
