		<description><![CDATA[Wow!  Can you say slumlord!  This is the kind of landlord horror story that gives the rest of us landlords a bad name.  I can&#039;t believe those guys, are they really that pathetic?  I suggest that you send a certified notice to them stating that if they do not fix the problem within 3 days of receipt of the letter that you will be paying out of pocket to fix the problem and deduct it from future rents.  Or, you can tell them that you are seeking legal help due to the fact that they are not providing a habitable living environment despite numerous chances to resolve a major repair issue.]]></description>
