		<description><![CDATA[I agree, the small claims thing isn&#039;t worth it...  Not because of the cost, but because it will be easy for the landlord to prove that it was damaged by you.  Even though your landlord told you he was going to have the grout fixed, it doesn&#039;t exactly prove that this would be the cause of the broken tile.  I would suggest that you mail him a letter with the copies of his emails and ask that he take some responsibility for the tile, maybe something like half.  Nothing else this won&#039;t cost you much and you may meet somewhere in the middle.]]></description>
