As for getting your money by this Friday-- not a chance.  The only option would be to sweet talk your landlord into refunding it at move-out.  She is not required to do so.  The best option for you would be to try to work out something with the landlord.  Maybe, you could arrange to do some special cleaning or yard work if she agrees to give you your deposit at move-out.  Looks like you will need to get creative.]]></description>
