Comments on: I live in low income housing. We’ve lived here for two years, never missed rent or never had a complaint. Our hot water has been cold for over a week. This is the third time in 3 months this has happend. They called a plummer on thursday and they turned off the hot water completely. So all we have is the cold side. It was turned on lastnight, but is still cold. We cannot take showers or wash dishes in cold water. i dont mind boiling water for dishes, but how are we supposed to bathe? They got to go home to their nice hot showers, while we sit here with none. What kind of recourse do I have? I pay 509 for this apartment. With nicer apartments around us for 530, they wont let us in because of where we’ve lived before. please help!
