I’m 50years old two of my kids and a grandson live with me, I was bought by surprise that the landlords sold the house and had to leave by 10/30/14 I also have section8 i’m looking for a place but I need help with the security deposit can you tell me were I could get help please

I NEED HELP WITH FIRST MONTHS RENT AND DEPOSIT. I HAD TO PAY A DOUBLE DEPOSIT PLUS FIRST MONTHS RENT, BUT I DON’T HAVE THE FUNDS TO PAY EVERTHIGN MYSELF I WAS ABLE TO DO ONE OF THE DEPOSITS BUT I CAN’T AFFORD BOTH FIRST MONTHS RENT AND ONE OF THE DEPOSITS MYSELF. IS THERE ANYONE YOU CAN REFER ME TO TO GET THE HELP I NEED BECAUSE THE COUNTY THAT I LIVE IN DENIED ME DO TO THE FACT THAT I AM OVER THE INCOME GUIDELINES

I need help with deposit on moving in apartment. I have to move by December 1st. I’m on social security. I’ve found a place. I just can’t come up with deposit. I have section 8 but I the deposit is too high.

Me and my wife recently moved to sioux city and we both have jobs but 2 days after we got here our living arrangements fell apart and we are pay $225 a week for and hotel and we really need some help with our security deposit and first month. After we accomplish that everthing will be okay. Rental Protection Agency please help us out. Were 19 years old and is really trying to do some good for ourselves.

Try Westcap (in Wisconsin) or your local equivalent Housing assistance.

In some states/counties there are assistance programs like WestCap (Wisconsin) who will cover the deposit or one month’s rent if you qualify and the rental passes inspection. You can also try local churches or local emergency assistance non-profits.
