There are several situations that could allow you to break the lease or the contract: 1 the property is misrepresented like for example the ad that you saw says that it has something that it actually doesn&#039;t. 2 If the property has serious problems like for example the house is not safe to live in. 3 if the owner wishes to release you from the contract. 4 if you can find another tenant who will sign a lease agreement so that your contract will be null and void.]]></description>
