		<description><![CDATA[I think the situation got confusing because of two owners, also you said that the lease has been changed somehow. Now, fror the lease to be legal and binding, both parties should sign it. So sine you singed the original lease but did not signed the new one or informed of the changes, you can then break the lease. However as a note to people signing lease, if you sign a contract make sure to sign all the papers so that it cannot be changed. Also, if the lease has been changed, you have to make sure to respond with a letter stating you did not agree to any changes and best use registered mail.]]></description>
