Eunil,

Most Resident and Landlord Tenant Ordinances require landlords to exterminate insects, rodents or other pests. You should check the RLTO relative to the location of your property.

I am also interested to find out if you have already resolved this issue. The reason being is that I am in the early stages of developing a web based property management application that automates the landlord and tenant legal obligations and other key services for the lifespan of a tenancy.

If this is something that you would be interested in using I would like to send you some questionnaires to help with my research.

Best Regards
