Why would your landlord evict you? If he is evicting you because you didn’t sign the lease, your partner did, then know that you have the right to be there by virtue of the right to succession. If you pay rent on time and continue to do so, then that should not be a problem. But landlords can also evict tenants with or without reason so it’s best that you talk. If nothing works, file a formal complaint through the RPA.
