		<description><![CDATA[Hey have you gotten your deposit back yet?  Thats the main question.  If they are slow to refund your deposit, I would file a complaint with the RPA.  Who knows what they can do?  I would focus on finding a new place to rent.

However, read the agreement to see if it says anything about possesion-- many times there is a clause in the lease agreement that will allow the landlord to refund your deposits prior to possession.]]></description>
