I know there is such a thing personal use but that means your landlord will need to request that you move out because he will be using the property personally. So in your case, that would be considered a personal use and your landlord should evict you. If he wants to share the same roof with you, then how will you split the bills for the utilities as well as the rent fee? Sounds confusing, right? So yeah, I think you should get your money back..even the prorated rent. If he does not cooperate, then go ahead and file a complaint against him through the RPA. Hope that helps!]]></description>
