		<description><![CDATA[Your property manager is most definitely taking advantage of the situation.  The best defense is to take a public action against them.  I would suggest you file a complaint with the RPA.  Raising the rent from $770 to $1200 is ridiculous!  The only real way to fight it is to make it public.  I&#039;m sure your manager will quickly change the amount to something more reasonable or back to the $100 as stated in the lease.  

I can&#039;t believe your landlord is being so unethical with you.  What a jerk!  Don&#039;t worry, the RPA I&#039;m sure will help you with this.  As a landlord when I get formal complaints I do everything in my power to resolve them fairly even if that means that I have to lose some money to protect my public image.
