		<description><![CDATA[Oh yeah, I forgot to mention.  If the landlord doesn&#039;t come to the final check-out you will also want to start a legal paper trail.  The best way to do that is through the RPA Complaint center.   You&#039;ll have to pay some minimal filing fees, but it should guarantee your deposit.

		<description><![CDATA[Your landlord actually charged you 2.5 months as a deposit?  Wow, that&#039;s really high.  Not sure but I bet that wasn&#039;t even legal.  Most states set a cap on how much deposit can be collected...  more than not the amount is no more than 1.5 times rent.  
But, that doesn&#039;t do much good for you.  If the landlord or representative fails to show up to do the final walk-through I would suggest taking pictures of the unit.  (I suggest taking the pictures with a copy of todays newspaper as a date reference.)]]></description>
