Of coarse the best answer: Work it out with your landlord directly.
Oral agreements are difficult to enforce, but not impossible. If you can work it out with the landlord, that would be best. If you need help then you should file a landlord complaint. There’s a link at the top of the page titled “File Complaint.” That’s all I’ve got.
