What does it say? Does it say that you will be automatically charged with cleaning fees? If it does, then you will be automatically charged – regardless of the condition that it is in. When you did the walk-through, did you document? You can also request for additional documents that would validate the deductions. You may also file a complaint against your previous landlord and let a mediator come in between. I think RPA still has that option. You may want to check their complaint center.
