Since your landlord refuse to do the repairs then you can file a complaint against your landlord. You have two options on how you can file your complaint.; you can either file your complaint through your local county or through the RPA. Filing a complaint with the RPA is much cheaper than filing a complaint through your local county. What ever option you choose, it will surely give you a resolution to your concerns. Good Luck!
