They are scammers who will have karma come back to bite them !!!

I signed a lease, paid a deposit, never moved in and could not get my money back.This happened over the weekend. And it seems to be legal here in Houston, TX. It happened at Crestmont Village Apts., 5638 Selkin Road. The owner is Abraham Vaknin. The condition were awful. They would not show me one prior to paying the deposit. They knew what they were doing. Scamming! If anynody can assist me in getting my money back, I would be grateful.
