If you have you have damaged the rental beyond normal wear and tear or fail to restore personal property. You are responsible for the repairs, but if not the it&#039;s not. Check your lease if there&#039;s any agreement that requires you to replace or repair when you move out. Or if you have your own policies stated on the lease that are related to your concerns.]]></description>
