		<description><![CDATA[The disabilities act will most likely not effect your building, unless you have a major apartment complex.  However, just because the disabilities act may not effect your rentals I would still suggest working with the tenant if you can.
Your suggestion about moving her to a lower level is a great idea.  This will help accomodate your tenants disability.  If the law applies to you it will require you to accomodate the disabled tenant the best you can.  You will not need to worry about moving or paying to have the tenant moved.  As long as you are accomodating her by providing a lower unit, you are covered.  I suggest working with the tenant to help her with her stressfull situation, but don&#039;t feel like you have to lose money due to her mis fortune.]]></description>
