Sorry to hear about yur problem, but it seems to be an all too commom problem these days. We are in the same type situation, except that the noise (VERY LOUD TV NOISE) is occurring every night for the last two years we have been living here. We have complained to Management, to no avail. In fact, after many many written and verbal complaints, we were contacted by their Attorney who told us to move if we were that unhappy with the situation!! We are retired, and couldn't afford to move at this time, and couldn't take the hardship and stress a move would cause us. They seem to have the mentality of "Kill the Messenger", instead of getting to the bottom of the cause of the problem. The one complaining the loudest seems to get nothing done, but are told to leave if they don't like it. It's not just, but then it doesn't surprise me in today's world. Everyone looks out for themselves, and no one cares who they hurt in the process. We have thought about moving but fear we would only find the same type situation or worse. Good Luck!
