Federal Laws trump Laws of Tort. No where in a contract does it say you must smoke crack cocaine to live here?  Because smoking or possessing crack cocaine is against Federal Law.]]></description>

It is your responsibility to read your lease agreement thoroughly. So before you went out and looked for people to sublease to, you should have read your lease agreement to correctly qualify your applicants. You&#039;re breaking the lease early so you&#039;ll have to satisfy your landlord&#039;s requirements for that.]]></description>
