Well if you ask me there are two things you can do to address this concern: number one you can file a law suit against your landlord but it really depends where you are located because some states don’t hold the landlord liable for the extermination of bedbugs and it really has to be an infestation. I think it might be an infestation in your case since you mentioned that your neighbors also have problems with bedbugs. Number two is file a formal complaint so that your concern will be addressed I think the RPA handles that I think I saw a link for complainants somewhere in this site.
