		<description><![CDATA[You&#039;re only making the situation worse.  Its not going to do you any good to be a b*tch.  I mean come on.  They clearly represent your landlord, thus you have NO right to change the laws by stating that their notice is not valid when it clearly is according to state statute.  They have given you notice, so work with them.
 
At first you&#039;re mad because they failed to give you proper notice (I don&#039;t blame you) Now, you&#039;re mad because they are giving you proper notice.  What more can they do?  I&#039;m glad you&#039;re not my tenant!!  Sorry, but its true.  You seem like you&#039;re very uncooperative and making issues over nothing.]]></description>
