I’ve have an office space that I rent for a business.  My rent includes:  Nightly Cleaning, Common Areas, Yard Maintenance, and Snow Removal.
I’ve never thought about requesting duct cleaning or anything like that.  If its that important, I would just do it yourself. (meaning, burden the cost)
