By law, the landlord is not bound to move the old furniture for you unless your lease agreement says otherwise. But if that&#039;s not in the lease agreement then your landlord may charge you if the furniture is not there because you moved it when you decide to move out. Remember that you are supposed to give back a property that is almost in the same condition as it was in when you moved in - with all the appliances and furniture in their original place.]]></description>
