There’s this sheet that you can check if all the things on the agreement is in there. You should have itemized the furniture and other furnishings if it is complete. What you can do right now is negotiate with your landlord for the move in inspection sheet. If in case you need to present documents for the notice, you have those to support you. And remind your landlord about the appliances that is not yet there.
