		<description><![CDATA[I think its weird your landlord wants to charge you another $50 to pull your report again.  I don&#039;t get why he wants to pull your credit report again you&#039;ve already been renting from him for 7 months.  I would think that your previous rent history should be fine.  This sounds lame!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[A landlord can set guidelines to accept renter based on whatever criteria he or she wants.  Since renting out rentals is considered a business, the government does not require the landlord to allow renters to provide their own checks.  Its completely up to them how they screen.]]></description>
