I just checked the mail and got my Approved Landlord Kit! Now I can tell my prospects with confidence that I'm RPA Approved! Once I finish this post I'm going to place the decals on my rent sign.
Thanks!

Congrats on your decision to become a landlord. I've been doing this for over 18 years now. When I applied for RPA Landlord Approval it seemed like the process was fairly quick. Not exactly sure but I think it took a few days. For the approval the RPA preforms a background check, which can take a couple of days. You should get your membership kit within the week.
Congrats!
