Villeta Apts did let me in. i payed rent 1 week ahead as im paid 2 times a month. now i have a friend who word for government and met in Wash DC area, and they are saying i will be evicted because he has a mistermeanor. he has to get out and me with him with money charges. If you can go the nearest local authorities to verify the charges that would be great. Honestly as a landlord I have the right to be concerned about this. It will be wise to really prove it to them with a written document verified by the local authorities that your clean enough to stay. :)
