		<description><![CDATA[Sfrancis, if you have already taken those steps and the landlord is still keeping your money... instead of taking her to court, you should be able to file a complaint through the RPA.  Once you file a complaint, it will be investigated by an agent like myself.  Your landlord will need to explain how she is keeping the money.  I would think that this case would be quickly resolved.  You will need to pay for the $35 processing fee to file the complaint against your landlord.  That would be my suggestion.]]></description>

If I were you I would send a certified letter to your landlady informing her of the mistake and request for an immediate refund of the missing $200.  If that doesn&#039;t get her to respond, you can always file a complaint with the RPA.  Either way, she shouldn&#039;t be keeping your money.]]></description>
