		<description><![CDATA[Well Choon- this is tricky.  A lot of this will depend on your lease agreement.  If your lease agreement requires you to provide a written termination of your lease with a minimum of 30 days, then the property manager can charge you the full month.  But, if you have given the proper notice, then I agree they shouldn&#039;t be able to charge you more than the 2 month termination fee.  You may want to file a complaint, if you can&#039;t get them to be fair.]]></description>
