		<description><![CDATA[Did you document any of the problems you had with your landlord?  Did your landlord know that the carpet was having problems?  I can tell you that the best defense is documented proof.  I bet though, the landlord is justified in charging you for some of the replacement cost.  Even if the carpet is cheap, 3 years of &quot;Normal Wear and Tear&quot; shouldn&#039;t require a replacement.]]></description>
