If he/she is willing to make an official statement saying that the spots are in direct relation to the mold you’ve been exposed to, well then , you really have something.

If that means that you need to borrow money to move– then so be it. If the mushrooms and mold found in your rental unit are causing such severe health problems, then you’ve got to do something. If you can’t afford an attorney, you should consider opening a complaint case. I think theres a link to file at the top of the page.
