If the mice and/or squirrels got in because of disrepair then it is the landlord’s responsibility to get them out. But if the mice and/or squirrels were attracted by waste food or a messy home then it is your responsibility to get rid of them. So why are mice and squirrels in your home? Try to get the answer to that question and you will know whose responsibility they are. Now if it the LL’s responsibility and nothing has been done to put an end to the problem, you can file a complaint to get him to act. The RPA should help you out.
