		<description><![CDATA[Hi Jahbarb, :) you are right that your case is a constructive eviction. That means that your landlord is forcing you out of his property, in this case it is illegal. Your landlord does not have the right to use constructive eviction to break a lease without due case for their own ends. I suggest for you to talk to a real estate lawyer or you can also secure help from RPA they can provide the kind of advice a tenant needs to pursue  this type of legal claim. :) God bless you!]]></description>
