I have lived here for more than 2 years. Recently a new tenant came to live downstairs and the problems begun. She is an old lady and has complained about me and noises. I am usually alone in my apartment because my wife travels most of the time to Europe and I have no pets or kits. The old lady downstairs has great influence in the administration and they are now forcing the landlord to evict me from the apartment. All the accusations are calumny and harassment. This lady complains about normal live noise: doors opening closing, me and my wife talking normally, my sister and kids visiting me in normal hours. I never have made parties with loud music or scandals; even I was not in the apartment in crismas and new year. The real shame is the administrator and board of directors supporting in unjustified accusations. What can I do?
