Unlawful entry by maintenance staff of Apartment Complex

By Angela

Where does someone file a complaint against property management of a new apartment complex? We have had several issues from questionable leasing/sales tactics to unlawful entry by a maintenance worker. We also have been accused of excessive loud music. We don’t even own a radio and I have my elderly mom staying here, so no late night parties going on in my place. I complained to the property management company’s vice president but have had no response. I’m wondering if I should file a complaint with the courts about the unlawful entry. Anyone have suggestions as to how to resolve a situation like this?

We have been living at the Ashby @ Peachtree Corners Apartments for about 1 year and some months now. We relocated into another apartment on July 1st, 2011. We discovered that we have a roach infeasted house. They are everywhere, we spayed, used fog, n even got traps. Nothing is working and all they can say is that we well call and get the house sprayed. GIve it 2 months and it should be good. I shouldn’t have to wait 2 months for me n my 3 little childeren to live like this. What can we do? How can we move out of the apartment and get our money back. Please help us with some information. my number is 219-712-1712 call me anytime. thank you
