DO you have pictures of the apartment before and after you moved? If you said that there were no major damages that was done to the rental unit that goes beyond normal wear and tear then your landlord cannot withhold your security deposit. You can file a complaint against your landlord if you want. You have two options in filing your complaint, you can either file it through small claims court or you can file it through the RPA.
