Suggest breaking the lease if he can&#039;t make reasonable accomodations, and see what he says. Keep full documentation of any conversations you have and when, as this will come in handy (legally) if conversations get more serious.]]></description>

A landlord or a tenant can either send the notification. I  suggest to contact your landlord and let him/her know about it. If it&#039;s a breach or a threat to your health and safety it should be the landlords priority to fix it.]]></description>
