Bedbugs are a huge problem for any tenant, here i can say your owner called up exterminators and they tried with the solution, however you noticed and found them later. You can file a complaint.. make sure that its not caused by you. You need to keep the beds and in around places of room clean. Even your landlord can question you why the parts above daughters photos were not cleaned usually when you clean your home. This isn't any legal help i am saying.. but in my opinion you can lodge a case with RPA.. if your owner is not listening to you or harassing.
https://www.rentalprotectionagency.com/complaint_center_form.php RPA's filing a complaint link. From my opinion your landlord needs to take care of this problem and fix for you. Goodluck. RPA can help you best, as I have heard about their repute and also in solving this kind of issues very much often and frequently.
