		<description><![CDATA[It&#039;s a valid reason. I can&#039;t imagine having no AC in this heat. By the way 2 weeks? Have you contacted your landlord? I suggest you have to talk to him about it. With some lease agreement if you have one would require a landlord to check it to validate if it&#039;s really busted of if a tenant has something to do with it. If you got nothing to do with that then file a complaint. 2 weeks is really an inconvenience.
