Sometimes we over look the details of the lease and forget to check what are the possible grounds or situations one tenant could possibly get in. Once you have doublechecked your lease, you can either dispute the fee or maybe try to work at a midpoint of the agreement. You can also try talking with your landlord and ask them about what you have experienced and tell them you didnt brought those pests to their apartment.
