I&#039;m not quite sure if such law for getting specific heat existed but what I can say is that if it&#039;s in your lease then the landlord have to honor it. Maybe you need to speak to your landlord and ask him/her that it&#039;s not good for him/her to have a freezing tenants. As they say, nothing can&#039;t be fixed with a good conversation.]]></description>
