I can’t believe your landlord has made you take cold showers for 3 weeks; that’s crazy! I’m surprised you haven’t filed a complaint yet. As a tenant you have right to hot water. I think you should easily get your landlord to cover some of the rental cost. I think you’ve been patient enough… its probably time to get legal help. I think the RPA provides some type of option where you can file a landlord complaint. You should check into it.
