		<description><![CDATA[Wow! I can&#039;t believe your landlord has made you take cold showers for 3 weeks; that&#039;s crazy!  I&#039;m surprised you haven&#039;t filed a complaint yet.  As a tenant you have right to hot water.  I think you should easily get your landlord to cover some of the rental cost.  I think you&#039;ve been patient enough... its probably time to get legal help.  I think the RPA provides some type of option where you can file a landlord complaint.  You should check into it.]]></description>
